The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If we process your data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you would like to exercise your right to withdraw your consent, please contact us.

  • Complaint

Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you, as a data subject, have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority of the EU Member State in which your permanent place of residence, place of work or in which there was an alleged violation of your information privacy.
